Studies have repeatedly shown that the acoustic environment can have dramatic effects on both students and teachers in spaces where speech communication is core to the learning process. Join moderators Patricia DeMuyt and Andrew Schmidt of the USG Architectural & Building Science Teams as they moderate an expert panel of design industry professionals in a discussion on the future of education, acoustics, and architecture.

What design trends are best suited to meet the needs of modern classrooms and other learning spaces? What are the newest variables in education facility design – from industry standards to COVID-19 pandemic outcomes?
